1. Summary
This website does not use cookies.
validar.kabunik.com is a static site: it serves HTML pages, stylesheets, fonts and images. It
carries no analytics, no tracking pixels, no social media buttons, no advertising, and no third-party
component that places cookies in your browser.
That is why you will not see a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to. Showing a banner asking permission for cookies that do not exist would be both unnecessary and misleading.
2. What does happen technically

The pre-sale form does process personal data (your name, company and email). That is not cookies: how we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
3. The ValidAR application is a different matter
The ValidAR web application (app.validar.kabunik.com) does store information in your browser,
because it could not work otherwise: it keeps you signed in.
This is storage that is technically necessary to provide a service you expressly requested by signing in, and is exempt from the prior consent requirement under Article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI) and the guidelines of the European Data Protection Board.

There are no analytics, advertising or profiling cookies in the application.
4. How to control this from your browser
Even though there are no cookies to manage here, you can review and clear any site's storage from your browser's privacy settings. Note that clearing the ValidAR application's storage will sign you out.
5. Changes to this policy
If we add analytics or any component that places non-essential cookies in the future, we will add a prior consent banner — with a genuine option to refuse — and update this policy before enabling it. The current version is always published at this same address.
